Let em come out fierce. It'll last ten seconds then back to cagey Arsenal

Run into Van Dyke

They're kids mostly. Gusto but inexperienced

Let's outplay them via the time honoured technique of humbling them

Time was Arsenal were the better team at pure football.

Time is Liverpool now.

That is a inexperienced bench. Hopefully the starting XI does the job.

Right decision not to risk Robbo and Henderson but unfortunately the bench looks weak.

What's up with Neco Williams? Bench looks flimsy but hopefully have a couple back for Porto midweek.

Arsenal pretty much as expected but Tavares over Tierney.

Ramsdale, Tomiyasu, Gabriel, White, Tavares, Partey, Lokonga, Saka, Smith Rowe, Lacazette, Aubameyang

Defence isn’t great. Hopefully we’ll get in at their full backs.

Woah, that's a weak bench.

First XI should be enough to see of this Arsenal side.

Weak bench but we should have more than enough in the starting 11 to put Arsenal away.  Just hope we're not as open as we have been in earlier games, because Arsenal are very tidy in the middle and can play their way through.

Strong first XI, injuries hitting the bench but we knew that. That 11 is more than good enough to get the job done though,

then let Morton onto finish them off

The bench certainly shows how stretched the squad is right now.
Would be great to see Gordon come on tho.

I hope whilst ox is in, his instruction is to go after it rather than sit and look behind and pass it safe. Would rather the other two do that and let him break the lines, run past people and shoot. Jurgens obviously got it but if that is how he wants him to play then its more exciting. In pre season he had a game like that like a man possessed attacking 8 is his most effective position.

Arsenal are literally the only team in the Premier League that I feel no trepidation about playing. They will come and try to outplay us like they always do. It hasn't worked for them against us for years now.

Wow that is a bare bones bench, even Origi doesn't make it. Need to win this with the first XI. It'll be a tough task, they'll need our help to get thru this one.

This is a good side. They could beat us if we go into it with attitude problems like we’ve done in recent games.  I think it will be a draw.
