Why is Stephane suspended?

I thought that this five yellow card rule only applied until the end of February and then started again? Or did I just imagine it?

i thought so too - didn't they pass the date about two weeks ago where your record is wiped clean for the rest of the season? obviously not i suppose

It was definitely mentioned at end of Feb that things changed for totting up cards, but cant find the exact wording anywhere.
Maybe it was a statement put out by Wenger! ;)
