Gutted, Brugge would have been a boss away  :(

Yeah, that was my first thought, it's a great city and would have been filled with Reds. :(
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

Napoli are favourites in Betfair right now, followed by Wolfsburg and Roma. The Rafa factor I guess.
"Chelsea have confirmed that their interim fans will leave the club when Roman Abramovich does"

Here's the look of what we would have got, if we have gone through:

Torino
Sevilla
Club Brugge
Dinamo Moscow
Dynamo Kiev
Everton
Roma
Fiorentina
Inter
Ajax
Napoli
Dnipro
Villareal
Wolfsburg
Zenit

So not that sad, if I think about it in that way, almost every horrible place to travel got through.

Looking forward to next season in Europe!

Serious?

Turin, Seville, Brugge, Florence, Milan, Amsterdam, Naples, Villareal?

Serious, I did not meant the whole list, I meant Turin, Moscow, Kiev, Rome, Naples, Dnipro and St.Petesburg as places not the best to travel.

We got Brugge, so that puts my post to bin anyway, would have been nice.

Its all hypothetical. I was only pulling your leg. But i would not have gone to Russia and possibly thought twice about Rome. We were having the conversation the other day about 'the bridge' to Roma.

We didn't get anyone, we weren't in the draw. Beşiktaş got Brugge, that doesn't mean we would have.

It pretty much does as it was an ooen draw, no seedings and no country restrictions. So quite simply the ball that was Beşiktaş would have been us. As opposed to the CL draw, where we wouldn't necessarily have got Porto if we made it through.

There's no reason at all if the draw wasn't rigged to expect the same result from what would be a different process. It's a different draw. Everything has changed, even the currents of air in the room would be different. Basic chaos theory.
