I hope Cross goes on to win it now.

One thing I will say... the crowd were a disgrace!!

To whistle like that when players are throwing for doubles in a match like that. Disgrace!

Just wondered how loud the crowd are when you are there, booing, cheering or just shouting in general?

Brilliant game from both of them - you try playing at that level for that long - of course they're gonna miss doubles

I get the partisan crowd - supporting the English fellah against the dirty foreigner - underdog against the usually infallible world number 1

BUT

fucking booing on doubles - thats well out of order - can't believe the MC didn't at least ask for some calm from the crowd - especially when he was announcing the 2 clear legs to sudden death rule - the booing had just started kicking in at that stage

As good as Cross has been I think Taylor gonna take it

I've been to the premier league. It is loud and sometimes over the line but you can help out. The crowds are the reason why the players earn so much money these days.

My worry after a match like that is the winner can often be flat the next time they play. First World Championship final too etc, so you'd have to give Taylor the edge at this point.

Yes - I go every year( I live within walking distance of the Pally)
its a cracking event - we go with 24 and its become an annual get together/piss up for our group
its loud its boozy and its boisterous
Sadly its also full of the sort who only know the Soccer am chant book and so every year its the same chants - tables, stand up blah blah

Thanks mate, was just wondering. Have never been. You can hear a pin drop at the BDO events sometimes.
