I know mate, thanks. I’m well used to it. I got about half the home games in the last two seasons in this sale but I’m just losing interest now. I’ve had none for this season in about 6 attempts. I’d stayed up an hour and half after a night shift to get 30 mins, 45 mims and over an hour wait times. I just cba waiting around and scrapping for probable single seats when I need to get to sleep. The sooner I got to sleep the sooner my Christmas holidays started....

Did notice on the recent sales notice for this game and the Arsenal about all tickets must be collected from the ticket office

I thought that had been the case for 2 seasons. I had to though when I've bought it for a mate in my F&F list I had to get it ans prove my address which I found odd. Doesn't matter where I live. (L4 but by their rules I mean)

it has yeah, they only posted them out for a little bit, maybe up til xmas the first season.

It is so they can check ID each time but it obviously has no effect on the touts buying and selling them.

yeah, dutch fella and his two lads, lovely fella, said it was once in a lifetime and he got them from a dutch travel agency
picked them up in a local take away with a load of others, not that i'll do much but i'll report it to the club

How do you report to the club? Managed to help one of my own mates out getting on the ladder for the Champs league last season refreshing endlessly everyday. Even got him onto this seasons autocup in the champs league in 305 on Kop and not once I’ve seen him and he openly touts the ticket as he’s supposed to be with myself.

went to the ground today to make the complaint
gave them the details and the person at the window took all of the information I provided. He even seemed to know the dutch website that these were being sold on.

anyhow, he sent the details to the correct place so hopefully something will happen.

(I did say that something needs to be done, like ID at a turnstile, but he replied saying that the damage had already been done at that point. later I though, at least you'd be finding out which accounts are being used and you could ban them. anyway. I said, the sales are really good and I don't want to see them go)

I heard about somebody for the Arsenal game, claiming they had came over and then got let down so somebody helped them out with tickets... turns out the person in question has then sold them on for £450 each to a couple of French people and disappeared with the cards... Utterly despicable behaviour

Ive bought loads of local tickets for the two seasons and only ever been asked once for my payment card on collection!
