Ferguson would absolutely batter Paddy.

I think the UFC are going to protect Paddy and give him winnable fights for as long as they can. He’s box office but if he gets battered a few fights in a row the fans will lose interest.

I agree. They saw what happened with Till and probably won't do the same mistake by throwing him in the deep too early.

Great wins for Moreno and Nunes. Kai Kara was getting back into it and was starting to find range but Morenos pressure is insane. That Pena Nunes fight was simultaneously a 50-45 and a close win for Nunes, considering the number of close submission attempts by Pena.
Happy is the man who avoids hardship, but how fine is the man who is afflicted and shows endurance.

Nunes is just too good, she'd likely beat loads of the male UFC fighters in her weight class too

Yeah Peña was beaten comprehensively but it was in no way a boring one sided fight felt like at any moment she could land a clean shot or get Nunes into an armbar which she very nearly did on multiple occasions in the later rounds.

Moreno is a beast and I can’t wait for the 4th fight between him and Figueiredo! Obviously doesn’t have the hype or PPV buys of other rivalries throughout the history of the UFC but for me anyway might just be the most exciting of the lot.

I'm more of a casual fan but thought it was shit last night. Went to bed at threeish and up to then I think only one fight lasted until the second round. Not good when there is 30 minutes of build up and the fight is over in seconds. Recorded the rest and will watch later.

Chito is an animal, the slow-mo of the knockout where you see Dom's nose just splatter is sick. Definitely should be next in line - I'd love to see him fight Dillashaw.

Dillashaw is a massive bellend, so I'm in favour of any opportunity to see him getting folded.

Agreed.

Didn't mind Dillashaw until he got caught cheating - now I can't stand him.

Can't believe he is getting a title shot after 1 return fight that he barely won.

I've never really taken a liking to Aljermain Sterling (I do rate him as a fighter) but I find myself supporting him for the first time ever when he takes on Dillashaw.

Hell of a KO by Edwards, so well set up as well. If the rematch doesn't immediately happen, it'll be good to see him run it vs Masvidal in London, settle up that bad blood.

welterweight is stacked and usman finally lost(again)

surely it hurts as he was dominating the fight but thats the beauty of MMA.

dont think masvidal deserves a shot. There are burns, shavkat, khamzat and colby(what about his court case?) all aiming for the head of leon.

Watched the entire card fell asleep at the main event, woke up and saw the KO on someones whatsapp story. FFS. Was a brilliant KO mind.

Some excellent fights to be made, think we’ll see these set up a decider.

What an amazing story, always found it weird he never got the respect he deserved. Well he’s the champion now, 2nd British champ what an achievement.

Apparently Dana said after the fight a trilogy fight could be held at Wembley Stadium. Obviously that would be spring next year at this point.

He doesn't, but I think Edwards wants to get his revenge for what happened last time.

Edwards v Chimaev next? How does that one go? I think Khamzat deals with him.

A fix?, yeah, Usman is definitely going to agree to throw the fight that will take him level with Silva for consecutive wins, this stuff happens, Glover was on track to win a few months ago, even later in the fight and Jiri got him with a RNC.
