Haha, I was told that I couldn't buy two beers with the voucher and just pay the remainder, whatever I ordered had to be £6 or lower.

Fucked me off frankly. I was supposed to be reimbursed £6. The bottles of ale are only like a quid each to them as well. First world problems and that but still it pissed me off

The staff aren't trained very well there at all. Kind of just threw in to the job really.

When I gave my voucher in on Wednesday the girl didn't look so sure. I just walked off before she could say anything as I couldn't be arsed waiting for her team leader, who also wouldn't have a clue what it was, who'd have to call her manager who might have a clue

I would have done, had it not been half time. It was also one of the queues where they still take cash, my order was £12, I pulled a £20 note out my pocket and they asked for something smaller as they didn't have change or ideally a card. Have emailed Andy Hughes my thoughts on the matter,

All members as the tickets were £6 more than what they were for STH.
