Those 6 home losses on bounce were truly dark times.

Proper grim.

whats proper grim is the same people going on about it in every sodding match thread :lmao

Why do our players never do this new craze of slowing down so someone runs into the back of them to get the free kick.

I see every shitty godforsaken player on every shitty godforsaken team do it game after game but never us.

Because they are not coached to cheat.

How did we lose to this shower of turds

Used up all their credits, They were on form at that stage and DCL was having a purple patch.

And Alisson hasn't found his scoring touch.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin, sounds like a name you'd pull off the Titanic passenger manifest

Gotta hand it to Calvert-Lewin, had two purple patches in eighteen months and made himself a nice career out of it.
AHA!

Jebbison is what Rhian should be right from the start of the season. There is no way he would start now with the way Jebbison is playing.

Anyone been tracking Rhian's progress? They spent £23M on him their record signing I believe and he can't even get a game.

he’s been involved in 25 league games, 12 in the starting 11.

But from being involved in some way in every game till end of Jan, he’s been featuring less and less since. And yes, not scored a goal or got an assist in over a 1000 mins of PL football for them.

Goal difference isn't always a great measure - Man City running in late rugby scores in recent seasons comes to mind - but Everton having a +3 GD is a good summary of their season.  A slightly above average mid-table team only it's taken a bit longer than expected for their points tally to regress to something representative.

Man City comfortable champions: +47
2nd to 6th: +21 to +28
Probable 7th and 8th: +10 to +12
Probable 9th to 11th: +3 to +7

I had a nice scorecast bet on Brewster first scorer and 1-0 to Sheffield, as he didn’t play it reverts to a correct score bet anyway at 21-1 . Good old Everton paying for my tickets to the Palace game.
