I think they are DLC stuff which will come out.

FYI those items are Limited Edition items, not store specific items.

I think they're game changers, giving twice the xp for kills, twice as long to aim shots etc

added bonus stuff should never change the game, it should be cosmetic only (if they are going to release it later then fine but i'm sure they'll want money for it)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH put back a couple of days here in NZ to the 21st apparantly. FUCKING BASTARDS!!!!

Can't they release it now? With all the fucking shite going on at LFC at the moment, i need a massive game to take my mind off all the shit.

I feel like Cartman waiting for the Wii to be released......
And when you find yourself along the untrodden path
Remember me with a smile, a drink, a gesture or a laugh
And a toast for the man who loves every hour of every day
And a feast for the friends and faces met along way
Gratitude

I'm really interested in this 'ecosystem' that the game has, I don't think I've seen a sandbox game with loads of different animals just roaming about? Can't wait to go hunting bears in the woods with my bowie knife, I believe you can skin them and wear it or sell it on a nice profit.

By the way isn't the LE getting the same add ons despite where you get it from?

I also agree with Smiff - if this is the way games are going it's stupid. By all means offer aesthetic improvements for limited editions like a special outfit or golden guns. But offering more health, more XP and faster items so you have a 'hard' advantage over the same level player is just unfair.

Golden guns from the LE are unique to single player.

You can earn Golden Guns by playing the game, but only for multiplayer.

That's what a google search turned up.

Pre-ordered this, can't wait. Should be a good release from revising.

Can't wait to go hunting bears in the woods with my bowie knife, I believe you can skin them and wear it or sell it on a nice profit.

Gun was the best for that. You could hunt a wolf, a bear and a puma.

Just bears or the women in bordellos, too?

In Gun you could shoot townspeople and scalp them. Can't remember what you did with the scalps, I think you could sell them to the Indian Trader.

Used to be great fun shooting someone in the leg then scalping them as they lay on the ground screaming.

Hope that RDR is like Gun, getting all excited just thinking about it  :lickin

The latest GT.TV show is a Red Dead Redemption special - about 13 minutes of the 20 minute show, including talking to a couple of devs. Lots of game footage.
