Self proclaimed "Godfather of Funk," George Clinton inspires wherever he goes and leaves good vibes in his wake. He really is the Mack Daddy of Intergalactic Funk. An inspiring yet controversial choice I know. If some are to be believed, Hemiunu was the architect for something important, Wonderful, and long lasting, others think he was just a liaison between the incompetent people that lived along the Nile River and some powerful intergalactic stone masons. But who is to say? Regardless, his work in Egypt showed just how much work man could do in large teams under directions of an inspiring leader of labor and geometric construction in just two decades. Given the difficult task of moving heavy stones and stacking them in a conical shape in the desert, Hemiunu did not shirk away but built something Great.

Spartan Queen in the 3rd Century BCE, she organized the defenses of Sparta, after the men went to war, as another host led by Pyrrhus, set upon the city. She Refused to give up the city and be shuffled off to Crete with other Spartan women, rather she rallied the women of Sparta and spoke to the Spartan elders carrying a sword so that there could be no doubt of her resolve. Under her command she and the women of Sparta (elders too) defeated the invading host. Later in life she was executed for her support Agis IV (her grandson, who was looking to recreate the powerful Sparta of old, and was illegally imprisoned), when she was deceased into visiting Agis who had already been killed, she is believed to have been in her late 80's early 90's when beheaded.
