Amazed that the whole of the KOP has gone for the Champions League already. Anyone think they are holding any back?

Despite emails telling me if my payment for membership fails that they will email me, I received no emails so thought I was fine. Bring on the ACS today and nope, no membership.

Panic ensued but thankfully, paying for membership and could check out immediately.

Were you able to renew online & check out etc without having to phone them?

Amazed on how few are left on the CL ACS  :o

Does anyone know how many people ar on the different levels (ie 7, 6, 5, 4 etc? Id be surprised if there are many between 7 and 4.
We’ll still finish in top four - and they won’t. You can quote me on this in May.

Got in after a 5 minute wait and got our 8 ( 4 adults/4 kids ) in two rows of 4 in 306 for all 3 cups, bit disappointed that they didn't do £5 junior tickets like last season though, so the 4 kids are on young adult prices.

Same here but 3 and 3, we did 6 in a row for the FA Cup last time and it was shite- nicer to have everyone in talking distance.

Just got 8 of us hoping to get pairs/threes in 202 for the FA Cup on Wednesday morning and I would say it was fairly successful.

Yes I'm fairly certain tickets all the way round the ground will be held back, who knows how many.

Got straight in, sorted the same seats bang on the aisle for all 3 in 306...perfect  :)

Seems this is a common strategy ;D

We did it once just by chance for the Europa and it was so handy.

I checked at 12.30 and there were plenty of single seats showing as available in the outside blocks of the Kop. Now at 2.30 the Kop is sold out. I can't believe that there were many people trying to sign up to the European ACS after the initial queues at 10, even less loads of people trying to buy single seats. So that does make me think that they have removed some tickets for sale.

Will be interesting to see how many tickets  are on sale for the champions league when they go on sale nearer the time. Hopefully they'll be some left for Wednesdays and Fridays auto cup enrolments .

The sale was crazy this morning, my page didn't auto refresh on all my 3 browsers. Had a minimum of a 16 min wait and just thankful I got two in the kop for CL.

Not bothering with the other 2 cups or if I change my mind there are bound to be some on general members come KO date!

Most of the ground sold out on 7, it's a joke! I blame STH with less than 7 (should wait in line like members)...good luck to those with credits

Yeah I was shocked to see how quick they went this morning. I managed to get in on my phone in just under 5 minutes (45+ minutes on both PC browsers). Didn't think it would be an issue at all today.

My only other European experience at Anfield though was the EL in 15/16 and that was a piece of piss to get on iirc. Don't remember any sort of pre-req or tiered priority to get on, I just got straight into Kop 106 with no history and had plenty of seats to choose from. Obviously that was only the EL and not the CL, I was out of the country that season and didn't see how the whole ticket buying process worked in 14/15.

We don't help it by having guaranteed tickets and all using three browsers or more machines etc. Just means that the system thinks there are 4-5 times as many people logging on as there actually is.
My mate sorted out my auto cup as my wait was longer than his. How can I change it so the payment for mine goes out my bank account?
Whoever said about changing payment details, I couldn't see auto cup payment details in "my account" at the moment might appear nearer the time. We forgot to change this last  time, payment bounced for my FA Cup tickets and then I missed the sale to buy for Plymouth and thats why I have to get my FA Cup tickets Wednesday - so worth changing as soon as you can.

CL almost sold out completely.  Still don't get how with an increased capacity from the last time in Europe, that Anfield is chocka with ACS.

Also, how come Lower Centenary was completely blanked out right from the start?  I get the Hospitality in the Main stand and the away section but not Lower Centenary?

Sorted CL and League but half of my lot can't count their history for FA and so had to sit on my bill as didn't fancy a scramble with everyone else. I reckon I'd have been OK looking at it now.

I'm not going to but does anyone reckon you can get rid of an FA Cup auto cup seat over the phone so you can sign up again with others?

Also did anyone notice were the new KOP seats (202/208) on there from the expansion?

I'm not sure if seasos had the pre requisite. Also doubt it's all sold out. They'll have held some tickets back I'm sure.

Like they'll have a number of x thousand for ACS allocated

Most of the lower cent goes to corporate for champions league. My dad has been turfed out of his season ticket seat, just the same as when we were last in champions league.

Still quite a few available for FA Cup. You're in the same boat as me, except I'm tasked with trying to get 8 as near as possible together on the Kop ;D

So now that the Kop is sold out for the European ACS, my debate is do I sign up tomorrow for the ACS for another part of the stadium (I am on 6 credits), or wait until the pre match sale for the first Champions League group stage match (if we qualify) and try and get a Kop ticket then. Do people think that more Kop tickets will go sale for the first individual match sale?

Wait for the Group Stages, need to fuck about with Qualifying round in auto cup, then cancelling it when we drop into the UEFA.

I'm slightly nervous about tomorrow.  Me and my boys have 6 credits (CL, got the others yesterday) so all qualify.  I just hope that I manage to get three together.  I'm not bothered where as I'll get the youth tickets at a push.

I got such a bad connection on Monday that I was effectively back of the queue.  I have a feeling that another bad connection could see me without 3 seats together.

Can you theoretically - buy any tickets now in autocup for the Champs League - then drop out after the Group stage - keep your credits and then buy Kop tickets for the knockout stages?

I will be waiting now for when the tickets just go on sale I think, loads of auto cup payments will fail when it comes to taking a payment from them and there will be seats available all over the ground including the Kop.

Just wondering.....why do some of you guys think seats are being held back?  Just don't see the logic.  Easy for LFC that every game is sold out in advance with no need for any other sales.

My ST seats were there to be bought by somebody and they have gone now for all 3 cups.

I think any of you guys holding back, are taking a massive risk.  Maybe no tickets at all available or if there is, totally shite views only.

I can see a few rounds in that there will be plenty of cursing going on about how unfair it is that CL is a closed shop to ACS fans  ;)

And if I'm right, if we qualify again next year, only the ACS guys from this year will have enough credits for next seasons.  Imagine the venom. ;D

There's a whole variety of reasons why one may not want to commit to the ACS...just to point out a few, price - there is no detail on price yet so some may want to hold until they know what they will have to pay, some wont be able to commit to doing every game straight away, others may not want to sit in the same seat for every game....

You have to remember that its only June....that's a sizeable gap between signing up and the campaign starting where circumstances can easily change for many.

It's right for the club to hold back so many and have a decent balance, there will be decent seats all over the ground available in the sales, no doubt about that.

Also did anyone notice were the new KOP seats (202/208) on there from the expansion?

They're showing on the seating plans for 202 and 208 - in new rows 61 to 68 -- but no seats have been made available to select, presumably because they don't want to commit to them being ready on time.

Rows 61-68 in the left half of 203 have also been taken off sale (but not the symmetrically opposite part of 207).  Presumably, 203 is impacted by the work but either 207 wasn't or was started earlier.

If you gave up your STH seat for the cups, are you sitting somewhere else?

Yes mate.  Our STs are in the Upper Centenary and we found it was just too expensive, especially when LFC are in 3 cups.  So we sussed that we could great views in the Kop at much cheaper prices.  That's what we have done again for the 3rd year running.
