If Albie doesn't make it for Sunday you feel that Milner will come back in. Nothing against Robertson, but Milner's experience could be important and he's a player you'd trust in most positions on the pitch to at least do a competent job.

No, it's one a City fan made up a few years ago, there's actually a couple of  Youtube videos where he plays the boring character, though, they were part of City's advent calendar videos back then.

Was towards the end of 2015/16 yeah. In big games too, most notably for that goal against Dortmund!

The answer's no. So why can't I praise a very good performance? He was everywhere! Peach of a cross for Mané's first and was then the furthest forward player for Salah's.

I like Robertson, but based on current form & rhythm, as well as the size of the match, I'd side with Milner all day for Sunday.

Milner is actually a decent crosser of the ball with his left foot. I remember an assist for Origi in 15/16 (against the bitters was it?). I don't understand why he didn't try it more often last year.

I think he was always a willing runner off the ball yesterday. He was trying to drag Everton players away and open up some space, unfortunately we didn't have the players available to pick a pass out yesterday against a team that deep.

That's the 3rd or 4th time he's come into the side and been boss as an 8 this year... think the key is he needs to be fresh.
