Fuck I've completely messed up fantasy team :(

My Internet connection is shit and as I knew I needed to fix up my team but was unable to, I've selected 7 sprinters and 2 riders not in the race...

So I'm now aiming to come in the top half and would be quite happy with that sorta result considering everything.

Wow. Add Mont Ventoux to that and they've ticked off every epic climb I can think of.

Yep, expect fireworks on the mountain top finishes of the Luz Ardiden and the Plateau de Beille.

Today's stage could be influenced by the wind seeing as it's a coastal course for 60 odd km's.

Gilbert to win today for me. He's really a great rider and there is a reason 5 or 6 teams want to pay him e20 per competitive kilometre in the saddle next season!

Got my guide through this morning, perfect timing. Just having a quick browse through now, very nice and I see what a few of you meant by the map.

If Cav is going to Sky next season will there be even more collusion between
him and some Sky team members this year.

Apparently HTC are still riding for Cavendish today, I wouldn't have thought he'd fancy that finish much to be honest. But then they obviously know more than me ha!

Any reason why there's no prologue? Just this year, or is the prologue binned for good?

Probably just wanted to change it up a bit, I expect it to be back next year.

No way, it's a 3km climb, sure it's easy, but there's no way he can keep up if Gilby gets going. Maybe they are just testing the train for tomorrow.

Yeah agree, which is why I thought it was strange. Gilbert is a machine though, love watching him.

Didn't have one the other year, changing it up a bit give some others more of a chance to win a stage rather than a select few.

What were Gilbs and Thor / Gilbs and Lotto TD discussing? Trying to get some deal going?

Seems that they have decided to have a bit of a stroll, the break has grown by 2mins in the last few kms.

I find it really hard to like Cancellara. There's obviously no doubting his talent, but I just can't warm to him.

Seriously considered getting Spartacus in yesterday, but I just can't see him getting the better of Gilbo uphill.

I don't really know, it's certainly not helped by the fact he's at LeopardTrek. Can't stand the Schlecks so I suppose it's probably more through association than anything he's done personally.

As a little aside, dunno if anyone has seen this but it's live SRM power meter readings http://data.srmlive.de/TDF/ pretty interesting.
