Got to say that was a great presentation by England. The fund that matches FIFA's global development if they win is impressive. Linking it into the overseas love of English football was canny too, emphasising the world, not just England.

Impressive presentation, very emotional, lots of passion for the 'beautiful game'  :P

I've disliked (was going to say hated but that's too strong) Beckham but he's done a great job last few days and if England get the nod he will have deserved the knighthood he will get.

Barf. Lap it up.

Despite England's good presentation (and it was very good-leaps and bounds above anyone else that i've seen), I still see Russia blowing everyone away (figuratively and/or literally).  Didn't Putin criticise the bent officials the other day anyway? .  But they are going to give their absolute all for this.

They should have used the Kop in full voice in one of the videos.
Surprised there wasn't even 1 sec of the Kop in action.

Yes. He's doing everything possible for England to host the World cup. He could of sat at anyone of his homes and done nothing.

Don't support England but really, really love the World Cup.

I went to South Africa in the summer and it was amazing.

The World Cup in England would be absolutely sensational for me.

Just think of the fun that could be had in Liverpool, with all the foreign fans coming in to see our new/refurbished stadium whilst laughing at the Woodison.

It would be BOSS!

No. That is correct. But I think you'll find that the thing will be run by the FA. The Cities in question will fund the staging, policing, traffic management, crowd control and the like and the bulk of the money will go South. To London. To the FA.

Yes they will be holding games at them stadiums but when it comes to the key games I would guess the southern stadiums will hold them games.

The FA might as well be call southern FA.

Yeah. Let's destroy the history, culture, wonder and background of a ground that's been there for over a hundred years to put up a concrete/plastic/metal monstrosity so we can put the fucking World Cup in it.
