That pass on the break is what we could do with in the first team , we have some lovely breaks but a pass like that has been lacking to send the attacker on his way ,fair play of Mowbray playing the kid this is invaluable experience.

Every time I come into this thread it gives me a good feeling inside. Cant wait to see him playing in this division next season. Blackburn fans seem to love him too, even if they're down on the team in general and expect Mowbray to be sacked shortly.

I've mentioned it on this thread but Tony Mowbrey has basically played him in evrey position bar Defensive Midfield.

So he's definitely picking up information on what areas of the pitch he can do his stuff and which areas are risky for it.

Shelvey got six goals and three assists in ten games for Blackpool. Hattrick against Leeds. Was loaned from 30th September and recalled the end of November due to injuries here.
