Keeper's pop obsession costs side 50 goals

A Belgian women's soccer team has suffered a 50-1 defeat because their goalkeeper opted to attend a music concert instead of turning up for duties.
KV Mechelen scored their first goal of 50 after only four seconds of the match against SK Berlaar.
"Our keeper went to [music festival] Pukkelpop. That's why," substitute goalkeeper Charlotte Jacobs told Het Laatste Nieuws newspaper.
"At half-time the score was 27-0. But after half-time we were able to recover.
"We had to stomach only 23 goals and we scored once ourselves, right at the end.
"They allowed us to score. That was sweet of them."
Pukkelpop is an alternative music festival, offering more than 180 acts on five stages, along with theatre and cinema.
