So, anyone think Ravens can win the superbowl? They sure have the defence for it.

Running game not bad either.

Not sure the pass defence of the Ravens is good enough for The Packers?

I can see the Ravens winning the AFC - just their away form has been dodgy; but they managed
to do the Patriots away in the play offs last year.

Biggest gap between how good he's perceived to be and how good he actually is out of any QB in the league, I think.

Was not looking forward to getting the 6 seed, but Flynn did us a massive favour. How Detroit managed to lose that is beyond me.

Think its a bit of toss up with you and us. If Eli is having one of those days, than you'll win. But the Giants are really inconsistent (as are we) - so it should be interesting to see what teams show up.

Hoping that Detroit upsets New Orleans, so if we win, we can get the 9ers. Think if that happens we can get to the NFC Championship game - and then who knows?

Agreed.. assuming your a Falcons fan as well.  It all starts with Turner for us..they dont really have a strong rush defense (19 or 20th in the league) so that could keep some pressure off Ryan...and keep those happy feet he gets under control.

Look for Julio to have a big game...their secondary isn't that great either.

Go Falcons!

Wohayyyyyy a Falcons fan! Yeah our whole offense has been based on Turner...well...since Turner came. If he gets 100 yards, we win. If the run game gets going, we'll get the play action that Matty excels at.

LETS GO BABY!

I dunno. We're 3 point favorites and that seems about fair. I don't think we'll be able to stop your offense, but we'll probably move the ball well. It'll come down to scoring tds instead of field goals and turnovers and all the other cliches.

The Cowboys and Eagles cannot win the Super Bowl, so this season is already a success.

F**k the Ravens. MK Dons of the NFL.

??? Explain? You a Browns fan?

Presumably you're referring to the whole Browns shaboodle, but conveniently forgetting that Baltimore had been robbed of its own franchise by the greedy Colts owners relocating to Indy. The Ravens are a great football franchise and represent a struggling city incredibly well.

I just checked the spread. Broncos get an extra 9 points!

Only bet every few months or so, and im tempted to get this down as my special bet for some time. That or a Texans win.

Thats who I think are going to win, but the real question is whether the Steelers and the Saints are going to cover?!?!?! Feel like Detroit can cover with garbage time 4th quarter TDs...

I have been a Bengals fan since '87, saw us go to the SuperBowl in '88, remember bawling my eyes out when me dad told me the score in the morning (I was only 8) and since then we have won ONE play-off game in 23 years.

Bengals
Saints (I hope!)
Giants
Steelers

Giants v Falcons is the most intriguing one I think, but Eli has looked very good lately and I see him getting the job done. I think he will have enough time as the Falcons pass rush is unspectacular, and we all know that Eli looks like a much better QB when he is given time.

What about the over/under at 59.5 points? Thats a lot of points for a playoff game but you gotta think the game end up in a shootout. The Lions secondary won't be able to handle Brees and the Lions have no running game to keep him off the field. No weather to worry about playing in the Dome. I might have stab on the over (now watch this game turn into an absolute shitfest with less than 20 points haha).

It's  likely to be a high-scoring game for sure, but that's why they've set the bar so high. I think under might be the better bet - I can see it being about 35-20 for the Saints.

Really looking forward to the second game even though I can't see anything other than a Saints win. It should be a real shoot out, just hope I can stay awake. I reckon Houston will just shade the first game.

Hehe, we've been Bengals fans for the same length of time, I started following them the season before the Superbowl too - they sucked that year didn't they? - miraculously they went 6-0 the year after and almost went all the way (Brooks, Woods, Esiason come on down - loved watching Boomer and they were often on Ch4 at the time), but for Lewis Billups' drop/Joe Montana being generally awesome they would have won it too!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJFOBI1cZaM

Also felt dreadfully sorry for Tim Krumrie, that was a terrible thing to happen.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNzWp_qQGo8

Not sure how far they'll go this year, but things are looking up with next year's draft picks etc.

So, in my best Ohio accent, WHO DEY!
