Every 3 weeks I have to do a 15 hr shift and it's so draining, that's what I finished up on at the weekend and it's the worst as you just end up sleeping all day and then you're trying the rest of the week to get back to a normal sleep pattern. I can't wait to finish shift work for good :) I've never experienced jetlag though as I'm not mad bout flying so haven't gone on any long haul flights yet!!

Sending off ... stupid one at that ... we think we have poor refs ?

This lad got a yellow for celebrating and taking his top off (stupid rule) then another for arguing when an argentine defnder nearly took his leg off. Good tackle but then the ref gave the throw in to Boca and a yellow to the player who was tackled for disagreeing. He wasn't saying much by the looks of it just a "come on ref" kind of thing.

I think the ref is the South American Graham Poll.

Boca score and the ref has ruined the game. Well done.

Poor old Caldas against the odds were making a real fight of it now they need 2 against superior opposition with only 10 men.

Really winds me up things like this.

I reckon it is actually poll and he just double up as Enrique "the condor" Martinez for the SA games.

Just found out that was the 2005 final of the recopa sudamericana or the South American CL.

Feeling hungry is torturous isn't it! I hate going to school, because it always makes me hungry... I can sit in front of my computer at home all day long without feeling hungry, but if I've got to go to school, like this morning... I keep hearing my stomach making all sorts of sounds in the middle of lectures. Then once the lecture ends, I go off to the canteen to get something to eat. It's horrible how going school makes me fat.

Ah, you poor thing, well you can get yourself a good... breakfast later. :)
