Brilliant episode. Loved it.

I bloody hope they stay with those characters next week and don't leave them out like they did last week.

Almost certainly not.

It's up there but I still think the best one is when they find out Ethan isn't on the manifest and we find out they're not alone on the island and he's about to do something bad to Charlie and Kate.

That was just a "WTF!!!" moment for me.

Great episode. I'm going to sit back and read your theories (and c&p'd ones) before putting forward any of my own. Apart from

'Nights like the semi-final back in 2005 live long in the memory of anyone who witnessed it, never mind me as an opposition player. That night has always stuck in my head and given me the desire to one day play in a red shirt and help the club return to its former glory days.'

Muted for 12 days for calling Rafa fat.

Woah, woah. Let's not go crazy here, it was a decent episode but it was no way near as good as The Constant, every one of the season finales, the Pilot, Walkabout and The Man Behind the Curtain

Ricardus may have been. Nice to see him without those chains! (i really do wonder what Fake-Locke meant by that. Perhaps Ricardus was a slave on the Black Rock?)

Is there not a break now so there's a 2 week gap?

I will kill someone if that's true.

A break a quarter of the way through? WTF!

I though there was going to be a break for the Olympics but then they changed their minds?

According to IMDB its on next week and there doesn't seem to be a break coming up anytime soon.

They used to start airing in September time so they would keep having breaks to allow them to film all the episodes in time. Everyone got so annoyed with this, the last couple of seasons they just started airing in Jan/Feb time so they don't need to take any breaks at all.

For the last 2 episodes I have been listening to Jorge Garcia's podcast (the guy that plays Hurley) and they are a decent listen. He records them with his girlfriend when they have the script for the episode but only release them once the episode has aired. Here is the website if anyone is interested:

http://geronimojacksbeard.blogspot.com/

I like the fact that in the script the word that is used for the noise of the sprinkler is the exact same word they used for the noise of the smoke monster. I think someone mentioned previously about the sounds from the island crossing over into the flash-sideways, there is an example of that.
