Well in mate. Remember when I bought mine, (because the missus made me, I wanted to spend the money on ale). In hindsight, the best day of my life, completely sets you up. Hope you enjoy it and good luck.     :wave

You ought to be ashamed, young man. With your profligate attitude to personal finances. Money doesnt grow on trees you know. Next thing you'll be telling me you spend what money you have on football and tarts. Disgraceful.

I suppose I should grow up really, but I have seen what becomes of lads when women get hold of them, so I am going to continue whilst I manage to evade capture!

Dont do it mate. If you can buy something on your own then cool, but dont ask a bird to help. That only limits your choices on a Saturday night.

Its quite simple, (I think. It may not be I've been on the ale since noon). Make sure you dont limit your bird puling options. No that is right.

Ah I see Sam is back up to speed!

I am going out in combat gear tonight, there seems to be a lot of women "house hunting" in town at the moment!

I wouldn't mind if they were just looking for a B&B or a short term leasing agreement, but they all seem to want to purchase, it must be an age thing!

Youre best bet is to offer them a tenancy wth an exit agreement for both parties when if  the arrangement is found to be unsuitable. That way when if you found the arrangement to be not to your liking you can escape from the contract. Failing that a short term trial period (I find the optimium length of this to be about 6 hours) can be a good solution.

I think that statutory law sates that when over 20 units of alcohol have been consumed by either party then the agreement becomes nul and void!

I'm sticking to that ;D

NB. Unless the contract is solemly consumated in a way that all ties cannot be broken of course

Have you an example of this type of contract? And if so, will I require some uninterrupted time alone to go through the paperwork whilst enjoying a beer jug or two?

If you have uninterrupted time alone then it is impossible to engage in one of these contracts. The ones to look out for is when not only are they looking to purchase a property, but hwen they like the idea of buying a small property that they want to cultivate and develop.

I'm off to negotiate some contracts :wave

Happy negotiating. My only advice would be not to take on too much of a project. Although having a bit of work to do can add value to the deal, you dont want to end up with a complete bombsite on your hands.    :wave
