Topic: advice needed.

i recieved my tesco broadband starter pack today. after having all sots of installation probs i rang the helpline and after waiting for half a fucking hour, some pleb tells me that a member of the technical staff will ring me back to sort it out .
3 and a half hours passes and no fucker has contacted me so i box up the modem etc and prepare to send it all back.
it now turns out they want £70 to cancel it even though i've never got to fucking use it !
any ideas ??

Seems unusual that any sort of helpline would ring you back. More likely someone wanted to get rid of you and go home. Id phone them up again, say its not good enough, what are they going to do about it. First though, make sure any problems you had arent your fault or youll look stupid.

Its standard over here.If its a instalation fault they will call you back so the telephone cost is not yours!
