2 Wins will do it! (Alright, a draw & a win might)

If Liverpool beats Roma by 4 goals and Roma and Barca are both on -1 then F*** me if I can figure out who goes through as sencond place!

For the record ;D it would be Barca on away goals scored amongst the 3 *unless* the score is 6-2, 7-3 etc in which case Roma go through on total goals scored in the first instance and then on away goals...
Ultimately, if Liverpool win 6-2 and Barca/Gala draw 2-2 it goes to UEFA Coefficients (which were used to seed the teams in the first place) Barca have a higher seeding than Roma so would go through.
So there you are - if you want to make a mint at the bookies put a pound on Liverpool to win 6-2 & Barca/Gala to draw 2-2 - you should get decent odds of that *and* see Des Lynam's head explode! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

All to play for
With the other match in the section also ending in a draw, Liverpool, four-time European champions, must now defeat AS Roma at Anfield next week to progress, while the Catalan side will need a victory if Liverpool do take all three points, but just a draw if the Italian champions win.
this is confusing the fuck out of me :but:
