I hope Biscan gets a run out at some point - I really do rate him when played in midfield.

Looks a decent team though, and it's only going to get stronger in the coming weeks (hopefully).

Blatant attempt to sell more e-seasons?

'Due to very high traffic levels, the main Liverpoolfc.tv web site has been taken down. This is in order to reserve bandwidth and hosting capacity for our match coverage services.

e-Season Ticket holders should use the Match Coverage links below to access our live coverage (please ensure that you are logged in before clicking these links).

If you do not have an e-Season Ticket but would like to buy one in order to enjoy our live coverage of this match, please click the ‘Buy e-Season Ticket’ link on the right.

The full Liverpoolfc.tv website will be made available after the conclusion of this match.'

Awful mistake by Dudek....

The rest of the team is playing ok, Josemi has stood out when he's gone forward.

I expect an improvement in the next half though.

At least we can now see if a Rafa team can be the first LFC team this millenium to win a league game after losing at the half.

Awful first half compounded by Dudek's error (And it had to be fucking Anelka!), in fairness to him though Carra looked very uncertain and our defence was caught awfully high up, still....

Overall we look even worse than last season based on that first half, Kewell's awful, there's no creativity.

It's just not happening.

Looks like we're dominating in term of possesion, but not creating enough real chances and get caught on counter attack ???

This isn't good enough.

Our new signings have a hell of a lot of work to do if we're to get anything out of this season, judging how we've played so far.

Yep we've got the vast majority of the possession (watching it on Canal plus) but the clear cut scoring chances have been close to nil.

Not sure I'm impressed with the EST, if what I'm seeing is going to be the norm for all home games.  Video wise, all you've got is the sight of Steve Hunter and Neil Mellor commentating from the box.

What the hell's that all about?

Are we watching the same game?  I think Kewell has played alright but Baros and Cisse are not -- Gerrard is also underpar.  Risse and Josemi played well though.

To be honest Man City are not getting any chances -- we have pressed well but our attackers needs more understanding to each other.
