Back when Oasis were the band to follow, we leathered City.....

5 or 6 1 I think it was. Noel Galagher met God back stage at one his gigs soon after and let him know he wasn’t happy....

Since then they’ve still been a happy hunting ground for us, even when the oil money came and money ceased to be an issue, we still showed them the way to go home.

It’s diffuckt to resent the success for many city fans. Years of dross, thinking kinkladze and Rozler were great and following them in the lower leagues... they perhaps deserved a taste of some riches.

But today, we reach a topping point. A team that has so far been invincible, against a team that has been rock solid at home.

Surely something must give?

I think we will all agree that 0-0 is highly unlikely....

And at some point in the game, let’s all spare a thought for David Silva. Our rivalry is better when we act like humans about things that effect humans... David.. I hope things are better soon lad...

9- poor clearance by Matip gives it to City but we win it back and Salah is fouled for a FK on halfway.

GOAL 1-0 Liverpool. Chamberlain picks it up goes forward and puts a low hard drive into the bottom left hand corner. Good finish!

Long clearance by Karius, lost the first header, pressured the second ball, the Ox just drive through the centre without being seriously challenged. Nice.

Goalie's position was awful - there's 'defending your near post' and there's 'leaving the far post more wide open than a wide open thing in wide openshire on wide open day.....

For some reason the City MF/Defence let Ox drive forward, and he fires past Ederson into the bottom corner.
Keeper should do better. But that's exactly what Ox was bought to do.

Indeed we would - and Ox picked his spot perfectly. Fantastic finish after a powerful burst of pace to leave CIty standing still.

15- City pass it around their defence, get it forward on the left and well dealt with by Can. Robertson does well to rob Auguero. Liverpool threaten with Salah and it runs away from him. Lots happening!

18- decent ball on the left from Wijnaldum to Firmino who keeps it in but straight to the keeper FK for City on the right.

23- Good strike from Sane deflected for a corner. Taken short, De Bruyne again delivering and dealt with by Matip. Another corner, De Bruyne one two with Sterling but his final ball is over hit.
