0' - Kickoff. Swansea immediately settle back with 1 lone fella upfront. The ball is kicked up from a throw in and nary a white shirt follows.

2' - ball worked around, finds it way to Hendo who floats one up and over. Too far ahead of Bobby who's offside anyway

5' - Swansea with a bit of possession working the ball around at the back. Ball is worked forward and out for a Liverpool throw. Mignolet and the CB's play around with the ball until we break. We make the error of going through the middle and are closed down.

7' - Clyne seeing lots of the ball on the right - lays one back to Hendo who puts one into the box. Can is offside and misses the target to boot.

Good move that. Can should have scored - it wasn't called offside.

9' - Routledge makes a run down the right, his cross hits Klavan on the back. Swans remain in our half with a throw in.

11' - Routledge with a good cross from the right which Mignolet calls for early and claims easily.

13' - First corner of the game to us. Clyne and Firmino combined well there. Ball is floated in and lands in no mans land. We control the 2nd and third ball and work it around. Lallana with a lovely switch to the left. Swansea weather the mini storm and we're back to passing the ball around in the Swansea half.

14' - We counter with Firmini through the middle - Coutinho works it to Lallana who side foots miles over the bar.

Pity. That was a nice move

16' - Firmino with bullying run down the right, gets the ball to Lallana running into space down the middle - he goes for the overhead but scoops it over.

17' - We're looking good. Need to convert this into goals. Firmino and Coutinho combining well. Ball is worked down the left this time at speed. Cross from the left hand side is too high and there's no one at the back post to gather it in.

18' - Deflection off Lovren hits the post. Swansea nearly scored there. Mignolet had it covered but the deflection could have caused problems.

Defense fell asleep there for a bit.

22' - There's a section of the crowd trying to get something going, but it's quiet at the moment. Coutinho with a wonderful pass to Milner who arrives in time but his pass knocks into a white shirt.

27' - Milner with a drifting lofted ball into the middle of the box. Firmino and Lallana are there but surrounded by white shirts. Goalkick.

28' - Firmino in beast mode. Nicks the ball off the feet of the Swansea forward and moves the ball quickly down the right. Coutinho falls over in the box as the cross comes in - the crowd bays for no reason at all.

30' - Swansea looking more confident now and working the ball around. We get the ball back but are going to need lots and lots of patience.

Can loses the ball needlessly and the white shirts move the ball forward. They lose it again but that destroyed momentum.

We break suddenly and Firmino is so nearly in. Tremendous block from the defender. Corner...dealt with.

That was a real chance that was well defended.

34' - Ball lofted to the front of the penalty area. Can is in and around but Fabianski comes early and gathers, falling over his defender in the process.

35' - Klavan earns a yellow for blocking a Swansea runner. The FK comes in high and looping but Swansea can't control and its a goal kick.

38' - Swansea keep it tight and narrow - Bobby can't get it through after two attempts. Lovren collects on the left and attempts to fire one in from 35 yards out.

40' - We press the daylights out of Swansea to win the ball. Firmino gets into position in the middle, beats the offside but can't control. Another chance gone begging

42' - The only team I've seen play deeper this season was ManU here at Anfield. Clyne has had a good game except for just now - the ball comes in and he's unable to control it.

46'- The ball was swung long and to the back of the penalty area. Headed down and into a scramble of 3 white and 3 red shirts. White shirts react quicker and the ball is toe poked in.

Goal on the defense not on Mignolet.
