I'm sure someone will be along to tell you why it's all shit soon.

However me personally, think we've done excellent this window. Sure it could of gone even better, but we've set ourselves up nicely to put in a push for 4th.

On top of that the squad seems to have a real belief about them and that is showing in how they are playing.

My favorite thing about this transfer window is we brought a couple of proper leaders with warrior mentality. Think we built a very good base onto which we can build over the next couple of windows. Exciting times ahead indeed.

Everton turning into Wigan, United turning into Everton, we're top of the league with a solid 8/10 transfer window with all deals done with at least 12 hours to spare.

All good tonight

We just beat Man Utd and have Toure, Sakho, Allen, Cissokho, Ilori, Moses oh and, that lad Suarez to come in to the squad. At least 3 and probably 4 would be first 11 players coming in to that as well and would improve it.

Really looking forward to this season.

Really good transfer window for us. We've signed the center backs we needed in Toure and Sakho as well as one for the future in Ilori. Kept hold of Suarez. Got the left back cover we needed in Cissokho. Mignolet looks assured in goal and we've added to the forward line with Aspas, Alberto and Moses. I admit I was a little nervous last week that we were short at the back and we weren't going to get the players that we needed but I'm happy to have been proved wrong. Well done Rodgers and the backroom staff.

I liked the look of the starting 11 on Sunday.

Bench looked a bit raw, but some great talent in Wisdom, Alberto, Sterling, and Ibe.

Add Toure, Sahko, Illori, Cissokho, Allen, Moses, and Suarez?

Not bad. Not bad at all.

I'm already rubbing my hands with glee at the prospect of the january transfer market, nothing excites me more than a good bargain and we're showing ourselves to be shrewd buyers lately. If we keep the momentum going its more than likely we'll be able to pick up a disgruntled out of favour quality player or two from the mega rich clubs in europe. I love this new committee approach to player targets and our financial discipline.

I'm not getting carried away with anything but how fucking nice is it to have competent people running the club, a manager who gets us completely and a side in place which is built almost perfectly for the type of football the manager wants to play?

For the first time in a long time, our long-term future seems pretty damned exciting.

That was such an important statement of intent. And thank fuck the manager, the players and Suarez himself worked their way through it and ignored all the emotive "sell him" bollocks.

He may be here for a season or half a season but Luis is still a Liverpool player and will play the way he always has done.

I can identify more weaknesses in both Arsenal and United than I can in our squad.

3 wins in a row with Sakho and Suarez to come into that first XI. For once, maybe my optimism is not misplaced.

1) Just beat United
2) Top of the league by 2 points
3) Best start since 1994
4) Conceded none
5) Mignolet is absolute boss
6) A great transfer window, haven't over-spent either
7) Sturridge, that hug with Rodgers on Shankly's 100th birthday
8) Everyone else
9) We have an incredible selection of defenders
10) We grew some balls and kept Suarez
11) There's every chance we'll still have maximum points by the time Suarez is back

I'm buzzing, in fact if we win our next two games before Suarez's return I'm going to start thinking things I shouldn't!

Get the fuck in! Roll on the rest of the season.

We seem to have a plan and blueprint of who to get and have good business sense to back it up, also we had the balls to say no to selling Suarez. Overall a great back-office performance in the transfer windows, we've out performed Arsenal and Manu off the pitch.
