Cannot miss that penalty in a game against such an organised defensive block.

What the fuck has happened to Agger? Jesus Christ, its like he's never marked a man before.

I just wish everyone at the club would stop talking about fourth place, it fucks us up every single time! Stop talking, and just take one game at a time, please?

Anyways, We can't score sitters, world class goalkeeping, opposition scores on "everything". It just gives me a feeling of deja vu, for the n'th time in the last couple of seasons!

I really hate late monday games...

Very unlucky I am afraid. Played really well except for last 20 minutes. Could have been different if Gerrard scoredc

Shit game. Borini needs to do more, appreciate he's coming back from injury but needs to step up.
I dont care how long you have been out for you must at least hit the target from 1 yard out.

I'm gonna go ahead and stifle my frustration for the moment and just give some credit to Steve Clarke. A very good defensive performance without playing negative, bus-parking Stoke-type football.

As for us...ugh.

Indeed. Cannot say I feel surprised.

Still gutted though.

We did everything right but mental fragility after missing the penalty turned a dominant draw into a 2-0 loss

Unbelievable.

The problem is it's totally not unbelievable.

Johnson's worst match in a long time. Stevie's pen was woeful. Dire.

FUCK ME. Tottaly deserved goal by WBA, great work Steve Clarke. We have X corners and can´t score...This is our problem for years...Set pieces are just zero threat..maybe only with Sami Hyypia we managed to get something... WBA has two or three and scored..

NO EXCUSES, some of these players don´t deserve to play for the club. very very bad and i wait for the explanation of this disasteur. I mean we had possesion, chances, penalty FFS.

SHITE.

Felt like the curse from last year - dominated them - unlucky not to score- can see players will get slagged off and cue the "Shelvey sucks" posts but the team played really well. Can't complain about much, shit like this happens.

Hilarious and sad in equal measure. 29 points off the league leaders, 19 points ahead of the bottom side.

That was dire.

Summed up by two moments, before their goal, Sterling just not stretching out his leg to make an easy interception, and then Johnson miscontrolling and making no effort to keep it in play.

We must have the worst pen game changing thing type whatever. Our pens make no difference on the game,we miss them or they come back and win. Same this season and last

Neither do our corners or free kicks, whereas we look like conceeding from every corner against us.

Fucking ludicrous. How the FUCK did we manage to lose that? We missed a fucking penalty for fuck's sake. An absolute fucking gift passed up, and we had other fucking chances to score as well.

And then Agger, who apparently has lost all ability to defend a fucking cross, costs us the fucking game.

Fuck off. Sick of us not taking our chances.

Credit to West Brom.

They were nice a resolute, and picked us off.
Subs were spot on for them. With Carra at the back, speed will kill us every time we're chasing a result. And Danny, i'm not sure he has the pace anymore. We failed to put the ball in the net and that was that.

Pissing penalties up the wall like that? sorry, that was just wank. Awful atmosphere, awful football. Worst performance of the season. Lets get up for the Zenit game, as that was pretty obviously what that lot were thinking of tonight.

So our two most effective players - Downing and Henderson - are taken off.
Johnson has left his brain in the frigging dressing room.
Borini couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo.
Gerrard is back to early season form.
Less said about Enrique the better.

Utter shambles. Grim fucking shambles. Where was the team who bossed City in their own back yard?! Grow some bastard balls.

Lukaku made Reina and the Liverpool defense his bitch again. How old is the kid? He can't be more than 20 years old, can he?
I am afraid Rodgers will have to tear this team up and reconstruct, and he better do it now. All the optimism I had taken from the City game is gone.
