Two things have surprised me about this. Firstly, how many Chelsea fans are against the appointment and secondly how many of our fans are disappointed in Rafa for taking it. I find it utterly bizarre. The contract is up where I work at the end of next June and I could find myself being Tupe'd across to a direct competitor. It's business. Football is also a business. You can't expect someone to sit at home unemployed for the rest of their life, just because they once worked for your company..

I understand what your getting at mate but you can't really compare the two. As a guess I would say 40,000 people don't turn up and watch you work every day and how many people have a shirt with Les Willis on the back?

Fair enough about that. I heard someone calling Chelsea our "arch-rivals". I can't see it from that point. I don't want a Manc club or Chelsea to win the title. In fact I don't want any team to win it other than us. But it looks like one of them will, so I wouldn't mind Rafa being the one to stick it to Ferguson and to the media.
