If you are a member of Paypal simply go to Payment and it will ask you for email address to send payment to enter the email address (loothapub@gmail.com) with the amount, tick the gift box fill in the amount and send.

I will get a confirmation email indicating that payment has been made and I will reply back with the codes to join the leagues.
