Now as far as I'm aware, this was revised a few months ago in light of some issues that spilled over from RAWK onto other social media networks. That was also triggered by your assertion that someone was 'posting shite', I was led to believe. Forgive me if this part is incorrect.
However, nowhere in that list does 'posting shite' come into it. My interpretation is that it's entirely subjective. Sure there are some things that are universally awful but they come under the big no no's. One man's shit is another man's treasure. I don't particularly like a lot of things posted here or elsewhere on the internet, so I merely don't click on them.
Tony, as far as I can see the thread hasn't broken any rules and every time it's locked the self moderation increases until it gets more sensitive than even the most trigger happy of moderators. You keep saying RAWK is not a democracy then say that people keep asking for it to be binned. Well, which is it? People keep asking for it to stay open and as far as I can see it takes up less bandwidth and resources than some of the terrible threads on the LFC board. Yes, I know this is an LFC forum but it's also a community.
To be honest, your title is a moderator, not arbiter. Why continually cause issues to spring up over things which are non-events? Either you have guidelines that everyone can follow or it's done on the whim of the moderators, in which case just say it so everyone knows where they stand with this place.
