Need to get back for a train at lime street at 10.30 after this, anyone reckon I could walk it in that time, or will a taxi be a quicker option?

Not sure when is the kick-off, but based on my experience, from final whistle until Lime Street, walking, can take close to one hour. A taxi would be faster, yes. Just make sure you take it a few hundred meters away from the stadium.

Kick-off is 8:05pm so assuming it doesn't go to extra time the match will finish around 10:00pm.  You'll struggle to walk to Lime Street by 10:30pm

No, ticket prices are too high for a friendly compared to the prices for the Europa League.

Thought general sale meant non-members can get tickets. Trying to get a ticket for my mate who isn't a member but it's saying I have to register an account for him.

Edit. Hang on, I'm a member - do I just assign his ticket to my name and membership number?

Thought this too  :-\ I haven't updated my membership and just says my details are already on the system when I try to register.
Anyone know if I can buy them without an up to date membership number?

Not selling like hotcakes.

Maybe they are selling the way hot cakes sell in the summer months?

In fact, do people actually buy hot cakes? I don't think I ever have and would be curious to know if anyone here has.

The hot Eccles cakes they used to sell at Anfield were well nice.

Can't see any mention of future priority, do the qualifying rounds usually count as credits, I can't remember?
