Jordan Ibe
« on: July 22, 2012, 09:15:40 PM »
Not seen him before. Didn't realise his name was pronounced e-bay till last night.

Initial thoughts are; if he wants to increase his reputation he needs better delivery.

He's only 16, he's got plenty of time to improve. I thought he played quite well last night to be honest.

He is only 16!!!

Me thinks it was a joke.
Watch out, I'm an FSG mole. No really I am - they planned my existence on here over a year before they bought the club.

Me thinks it was a joke.
Joke that doesn't make sense, but we'll let him have it.

He played great for his age.   Like all players that age he has a lot to learn, but he is in the right place to do that.  The main thing is he has the potential to be worked on.

Thought he did ok and as the lads said,he is very young so no need to be critical at all.

Toronto doubled up on our wingers everytime so it was hard but a good test.

Also, very positive that everytime he got it he tried to go by his man.did it a bit cluelessly at times because better option may have been to turn back but shows he has confidence in his ability and his decision making will get better with experience.

Id rather my wingers run at people like that than needlesy boot crosses into the box like a certain other english international winger we have

For a 16 year old that was cracking performance, very good prospect I hope.
