The Dazsports has started working now but it took ages to buffer, I just closed the program and started it again and it went straight to buffer and then plays

If you are trying to watch a streaming feed, only try to buffer one - do not try to buffer more than one type of stream
I have found that trying to buffer more than one type (Ace stream, Streamtorrent and Sopcast) stops all of them progressing
Choose your stream type and stick with it

Nothing to do with it. Run BBC news channel live and that's constant. Just these god awful streams.
