Why does lip-reading even matter if Terry admitted what he said? It's just the context isn't it?

Defence says: "Anton Ferdinand is clearly not a reliable witness."
Defence adds: "He is clearly prepared to put in a witness statement something that helps his position… and that is not accurate."
Defence says: "In his witness statement he does not refer to making a verbal comment to Mr Terry. That position has significantly altered."
Defence says: "His evidence has reference to what he said near the referee about ‘shagging his mate’s missus’."
Defence says: "If he believes he said something that might have been misinterpreted, why is it not in the statement?"
John Terry defence questions Ferdinand's reliability by saying: "He is using at least one of the words that Mr Terry complained about."
John Terry defence adds: "He admits he used the word c---, which I would suggest is a move towards the defence position."

2 things:

1) This is a news only topic, so you should not have posted that.

2) The censorship is probably a RAWK autocorrect. c*nt is censored as it was triggering workplace filters and was getting RAWK banned from offices. As one of the workplaces concerned was Ben's it was potentially a huge problem.
