I see now that Duncan Jenkins says he was 'sold a pub' on Ramirez now. So does that actually leave anyone who actually believes we are going to sign this player. I dont believe so.

I can see the versions of Uruguayan journos coming from Bentancur (Ramirez' agent), still not sure about the Italian from CNN, who said his source was someone from Bologna.

Anyway this now seems unlikely to happen... but if anyone is interested to watch him play, he'll start tomorrow in a friendly match against Chile (yes, it will be televised this time). Think the time is 19:30 (UK)

His 'gimmick' is that he's a cold reader, now the Ramirez saga is over he's conveniently moved on to two other players who he's 'not saying will sign but what do you think of them'?

He's a professional ITK in the pejorative sense and to give the guy his due; he's very good at it.
