However, it'll only be on your channel list if you live in the london area. If you don't you can manually add the channel :

Services / System Setup / Add Channels

Frequency: 11.954
Polarisation: H
Symbol Rate: 27.5
FEC: 2/3

Find channels / Highlight 'BBC London' and hit yellow to store, then select.

Services / Other Channels / BBC London
