Current odds -

Djok 11/8 - Fed 4/6

Any idea what the odds were pre-match mate?

Oooooh you're a brave man. You can't see Djok coming back into the this, the younger player, the world number one?

Nope, think Federer is playing better tennis an if he keeps serving an playing like he his even
A surge from Novak won't halt things.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Fair enough, you'd make Fed the marginal favourite at this stage, not much more.

If it goes to 5 you'd have to fancy Djokovic for the win.

Djokovic is playing pretty bad. Though that was a great shot.
"My coach told me to warm up just before the break. He told me I was going to take care of Kaka. I didn't think it was possible to turn things around but in the dressing room at halftime Rafa Benitez was calm - "We are Liverpool FC, we have so many fans, we are not going to be slaughtered. If we can score a goal quickly we push on from there.""

Federer breaks to 15 for a 2-0 lead in the 4th set! Poor game from Djokovic that.

I hope Djokovic can win this set. It would be epically tense the final one.

Fed for me, would be the overwhelming favourite.

He would, as would Djokovic to be fair. Murray has a great record against Federer [in non-grand slam matches!], doesn't he, at least he used to. But in Grand Slams final the mental game puts Fed ahead.

Wow Fed is discombulating Novak to oblivion.

4-1 now.

Federer has to see this out. He's serving to well.
That right peg hits it and you see the future arc of the ball and time goes al gluey like a Dali painting, and for a second there's a 20yr old StevenGerrard and your young self cheering him on through the prism. His big smile fades in an the net is shivering and J.Hart's trying not to look grateful for the privilege of being that close to greatness

Federer v Tsonga would be great.

Not if you live in the British Isles it won't. I like Tsonga but we haven't had a finalist since Bunny Austin in the 30s.

I remember when a public holiday would be declared if Jeremy Bates got past the third round :)
