A running gag on Frank Skinner's show on Absolute Radio is the "idiotic eureka moment" where something seemingly common knowledge to everybody had you in the dark.

For instance, a listener text in during one of the recent shows and said they only recently realised that "Will.I.Am" was actually "William".

So... have any of you had any "Idiotic Eureka Moments"?

I only clicked on that Flo Rida is called that because he was born in Florida :duh

Years after 9.11 - about 2007; in a pub while talking about it with mates, I only realised the relevance to
the 911 emergency call in America.

One of my friends texted me yesterday to say that after all her life watching football she'd only just realised there was actually a white spot where the penalty spot was, and players don't just guess where they should take the kick from. ;D
