Is Basketball being played at The O2 (sorry, the North Greenwich Arena!) or in a specially built venue?

The group stages are being played at the Basketball Arena, which is a specially built venue in the Olympic Park, and the knockouts are at the O2.

I bought another hockey session and tickets to a basketball session to watch the USA mens team this week. There's been a few sales lately by 'authorised ticket resellers' from different countries, so if anyone still wants any tickets keep your eyes open. I think ATP (Holland) has a sale on Tuesday, don't quote me though.

Is it too late to apply for Cycling tickets?

I might try and check tomorrow but I think Cycling was one of the most over subscribed events to be honest. When the second batch of tickets were made available I think it was mainly football and a few others that had tickets available. The velodrome has a fairly small capacity and given GB's success of late I think most tickets were snapped up early.

I tried from the start but never managed to get any. There were none in second chances sales let alone more recently. Unfortunately.

Keep checking every day. I do...new tickets/returns going up in limited numbers all the time. I got lucky with hockey tickets a couple of days ago for example.

My tickets for the men's football semi final at old Trafford showed up on Friday. Got a text an email to say they'd arrived at the post office then again to say they'd been delivered. Considering giving up on Olympic tickets now, may go the Paralympics instead

Women's 5th-6th and 11th-12th classification Cat B. £45 each. They had A tickets for Bronze medal playoff at over a hundred each, but I don't love my niece THAT much! :)

(Anyway she's interested in the game not the event. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself).

Haha fair enough. I was all chuffed for getting my £20 tickets. Then they came through and I realized why they're so cheap - right at the back corner. Still good value though.

I hope they'll have a (hideously expensive) bar in the stadium. The tickets said to be in the Stadium an hour before the start and there there is no admission. I've got two games to watch so could work up a thirst in that time!

^ Cat B is surprisingly wide on the long side, almost at the goal line.

A bit wierd the pricing really. My cheapest category tickets for the Old Trafford semi is where they housed us for the FA cup game v United last year - really quite a good spec - I was expecting upper corner of the North stand. And my cat A tickets for the closing ceremony are lower tier at the furthest point of the oval on the track, if you follow me - I thought they'd be more central.

Dunno about a bar at the hockey - kick off or hit off or whatever its called is at 08:30, which is one of the few times of the day I can guarantee I won't be interested in alcohol.

Got my tickets the other day. £30 tickets for the women's volleyball QFs and they put me right on one of the corner blocks. Wankers.

Not sure if its even worth going at all now.

Struck lucky last week with 3 tickets for athletics finals evening sessions which came up on resale.
