Lavvezi going to PSG is a fairly depressing transfer. I know we can't afford him, & PSG are sat on a pot of gold but would of loved us to have got him. Thought he would of tested himself in a better league but money is a great persuader I suppose.
Hope we can unearth some gems for reasonable fees. we gambled big last year, I think Carrol and Henderson will both show we may have over payed but can be great players for us. Fingers crossed! Even think with some confidence our new manager my get the best out of Downing cause he does have talent, just needs to express it properly.
