Best programming for opening Iso files without burning?
« on: June 1, 2012, 01:04:14 AM »
Anybody got recommendation for the best programme so I can open an ISO file without having to physically burn to a disc. Have seen it mentioned before but have no recollection of the name of the programme?

Yup, Daemon Tools.  Used to use WinISO back in the day as well.

I prefer virtual clone drive to daemon tools for mounting isos, it's more lightweight. If it's just to open them then I'd also go with winrar.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains.

Magicdisc to mount and read (free)
Izarc to extract/open folder structure

Both these are the 'lightest' clients I've found.
