People need to stop moaning. Great for them they're bringing in a lot of talent, but they to be able to play together. I am of the opinion that you don't need 11 superstars in your team, you just need players that compliment each other well (manchester united anyone). It's not like we'll be playing man city, manu, and chelsea week in week out. We just gotta realize you win this league by beating all of the weaker teams that's the most important thing.

Probably not, ego you see. The we are far better than you school of management. No-one is dogmatic enough at that shower to buy a player to do the carrying, just buy stars, that'll sort it

Certainly some players on big wages at Chelsea. Obviously Cole, Lampard and Terry but they've added Torres, Hulk, Mata & Hazard in just two summers. That's got to be an average of 150kpw.

And the teams with the better players are more likely to do this and avoid having the slip ups that every team has against lesser opposition over the 38 game season.

I'm going to argue that it is better to have 3-4 major powers than a solitary, or even 1-2, major powers, as it is more likely the 3-4 can balance each other out, as opposed to a monopolization of spoils between 1-2 that are clearly above the rest (Think United and Arsenal for at least 6-7 years)

I'd also take Messi/Iniesta/Any two blokes off the street ahead of them and I'd throw Bayern's and BvB's attacks in the conversation as well. I dont get the outrage towards a rich business man wanting to fund a football club, as long as they are not put in danger. Look at Arsenal their owned by two billionaires (the 30% holders wealth dwarfs Romans) but choose not to invest heavily, its individuals choices.
