It will more than likely be Graham Jones who was No2 to Martinez before they both went to Wigan. IIRC they did want Jones to stay and take over then but he wanted to go to the Premier League.

He is definitely rated high in Spain. The reason he probably didn't get offered the Valencia job is because he didn't get on with Llorente the president

Michael Laudrup is a name that's been thrown out there. His agent has denied any approach yet, but I'd love to see Laudrup in the Premiership. He'd be a good man to continue Rodgers' work there too.

The Bergkamp link was just a lie that started on Planet Swans that resulted in a betting frenzy. Also, according to Laudrup's agent there's been no contact from Swansea.

I reckon they'll talk to Holloway but I think there might be a surprise appointment.
