I believe Werner when he says this decision wasn't easy. I think they have a plan they're ready to roll out, they have a completely clean slate aside from Ayre who they've stuck by. Director of Football is just as key as the manager is. They know they're on a timetable with transfer season starting, and we need scouts at the Euros etc. FSG doesn't strike me as a group that makes rash decisions, cautiously optimistic that they have a plan to take us back where we belong. I'm hoping for a certain manager, but it'd make too much sense for it happen. I believe in FSG, they seem to get it, even with this sacking. Blind faith, I guess you'd call it, one last time.
