I used to know sisters who were called "Chlorophyll" and "Haemoglobin". Dad was a scientist.

More than likely.

Another set of daft names was given to two kids from Papua New Guinea.

Father proudly called the son Toilet Paper and the little girl Peuse ( as in the colour) ffs. :butt

Read something about two American brothers called "Loser" and "Winner". Loser, who gets called Lou, did alright, went to school and became a cop. Winner dropped out of school, was involved in petty crimes and ended up in prison.

Knew a bird called Claire Cocksalty and a lad called Mike Hunt

We bought one of our old cars from a Mike Hunt. I giggled a lot with that car.

That is brilliant. Thank god for the FOI request that bought it into the light.

Telling tales I suppose, but back in '72 when a 6th form student,  for the Easter hols I got a temporary job for a fortnight at the Tax Office in Bootle as a clerical assistant.
It was all manual stuff back then, hardly any computers, so there were hundreds of filing cabinets lettered from a-z holding folders for the people in the tax district that the section I was working for handled. Yes, unbelievably, there was a folder for a Mr Kunt in there. Much mirth....

My mate went to school with a Brenda Pender.  I had a friend at school who had a dog named John which always makes me laugh a lot; something about animals with human names makes me laugh.

EDIT:  I cannot believe I forgot this one:  another mates' Mum was a primary school teacher and had a kid in her class called Zachary Air.  Nothing overly weird there until you know his middle name was Specialbrew.  Zachary Specialbrew Air.  Apparently his parents openly admitted to it being their favourite drink too which is probably one of the most unnecessary statements ever made.

Spoof name (well, I imagine), but someone in the mid nineties managed to get this listed in the New Zealand phone book. ;D

She'd say, "Would you stop naming nuts!" And Hubert used to be able to make the sound, he couldn't talk, but he'd go "rrrawr rrawr" and that sounded like Macadamia nut. Pine nut, which is a nut, but it's also the name of a town. Pistachio nut. Red pistachio nut. Natural, all natural white pistachio nut.

Have a friend who's dad is called Richard Head, who apparently as a boy in the fifties used to go by the name Dick until he preferred to be called Richard once he became a teenager. And another friend who has a cousin named Ryan Coke.

Former baseball player Rusty Kuntz

Another baseball one. The Philadelphia Phillies have a pitcher from the Dominican Republic named Antonio Bastardo. There was also the former English referee and one-time international Segar Bastard.

Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116, pronounced [ˈalbɪn], was a name intended for a Swedish child who was born in 1991.[1] Parents Elisabeth Hallin and Lasse Diding gave their child this name as a protest against the naming law in Sweden.

Unfortunately the Swedish law did not accept the name. Would of been hard to remember when writing it on job applications and stuff.
