Didn't know there was a new system. A queue that worked wouldn't be too bad. This obviously doesn't work. Dreading Friday. Absolutely dreading it

Pretty sure it was only adult/child and disabled today? 13+ tomorrow.

13+ this morning for car A and B. Here for all this afternoon for cat C. In Que for 85 mins. No priority for Cat C on Thursday either. But A/C never come back for sale nearer the game unlike adult tickets

http://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/lfc-members-tickets

Tomorrow is for adult tickets, today was for adult & child tickets, members with 13 credits in the morning for A & B games and all members in the afternoon for A, B & C games.

Looks like a lot of people were confused by that.

That's what I thought Dan but have I misread the poster above who said he got tickets today in the 13+ sale?

So am I right thinking there is no point having multiple tabs open or pressing F5 like last year? So the best/only way is to open one tab and wait until it loads??

Tomorrow is going to be a nightmare! Better had be able to get 305/306 or i'll be majorly pissed off.

Resigned to the fact that im going to get screwed on Thursday for the cat C games as im bound to be sat there 3 hours not being able to get on like last years 'free for all' sale.  :butt

People need to actually check the selling details if you ask me, fair few people here getting confused!

I wasn't confused, but didn't have 13 so logged on at 2pm. Got a 30 min wait, went down to 4 then up to 59 mins. By the time that went down all games were sold out. Where have they all gone.

Isn't there only a few adult child tickets? Hence them selling out quickly.

I know demand for these tickets won't have increased significantly over the summer. But in previous years people might have bitten the bullet and paid for adult tickets as they couldn't phone and there was no online sale.

As the saying goes - be careful what you wish for!

Only adult/child tickets were on sale today ffs. What the fuck is wrong with everybody. Normal members sale starts tomorrow. Can't you all read?

They were always going to sell quick this afternoon. Just worrying for the rest of us on Thursday and friday that people had to wait an hour today when just 4 blocks worth of upper Annie road was on sale. Imagine how long the wait is when the whole stadium is for sale. :/

There were only 3 blocks on sale for each match AU 222/223/224 except Utd which also had 221.

I suspect that they severely restricted the number of simultaneous connections, hence the long wait today.

Tomorrow and Thursday are adult members with 13+ so I expect the wait won't be that long.

Friday is a free for all so I expect carnage.

I'm alright with queuing to get on the ticket portal. I'm alright with the the confusing information the club sends out regarding tickets. I'm even alright with them changing the time of sales at the last minute from 8.15am to 10am.

I'm not alright with them telling us we have an "estimated time" of 4 minutes to wait before we get into the ticket portal and then have that time jump to 59 minutes. It simply isn't fair.

This might seem like an odd request but bear with me - I am hoping to take a friend to one of the home games next season. I have a membership (with only 5 games attended) but the friend does not. Would it be possible to link my Membership to a generous RAWK member who is not planning on going to ANY one of the following games: Newcastle, Wigan, Southampton, so that I can get two ticks? Will obviously pay for it...

If this sort of thing is verboten, please ignore this post, not trying to get around forum rules, just an inquiry.

ALSO, and perhaps more importantly - won't most of the home games actually be played on Sunday anyway due to Europa League matches?

Can you not get your friend to fork out the 26 pound for the membership or if you want to take him that much even buy the second membership yourself? He doesn't need any games from last year on it - nor do you. It's a big ask to get someone to mail you their fancard and then get it back in time for their next game or whatever.

Re the Europa league - the only HOME game of ours that can change in this batch of ticket sales due to Europa League is Stoke.

This is from the notes in my word document I have with all match / ticket info :

Saturday 6 October 2012 – Stoke City – 15:00  (THIS WILL MOVE TO SUNDAY IF LFC QUALIFY FOR EUROPA LEAGUE GROUP STAGE)

Hope the above helps a little mate.

Cheers pal, much appreciated. Money's a bit tight atm, but I might get the second membership myself on his behalf! I meant more that I would meet someone in Liverpool to borrow it from them for the afternoon, but I appreciate it is a big ask. I will give it some thought tomorrow...

I really don't think it should be that mental in this sale. Essentially the remaining stadium is now for sale, and only members with 13+ can apply. I don't see how anyone will be left disappointed.
Free for all on members is where the shit really hits the fan, I'm expecting this morning to be quite chilled.
Expensive, but chilled.

this is correct

so in fact there is not much priority given to those with 13+ then? especially ove cat c - what a mess this is!
JFT 96  96 Liverpool fans lost their lives at Hillsborough. Thousands more were deeply affected. The Sun sed Liverpool fans robbed their own dead and urinated on policemen and other fans doing their best to save them. The Sun said Lpool fans were to blame for causing the crush by turning up ticketless and drunk. The Sun told lies. DON'T BUY THE SUN

Of course there is.. You get a gaurenteed ticket for all the "big games" how is that not having much priority at all?
