Fucking boss penalty.

Absolute suicide to give him that much time on the ball though. Once England's purple patch was over after the half hour or so he was under no pressure for the rest of the game, they just let him play.

It would be impossible for him to get as much time on the ball ever again as he got against England tonight. Unless Italy plays England (under Roy) again.

Pirlo is a boss, no doubt about it, but definitely agree that england made him look even better. i reckon if you gave jan molby that much time and space he could still ping a pass.

the penalty was class, did think he might bottle it like he did in istanbul but he was way too cool.

just makes me appreciate 2005 even more, to beat a team with pirlo, kaka and schevchenko in their peak
