Having a problem with renewing my membership. HELP REQUIRED!
In May I was sent a letter by the club telling me that my membership will be renewed automatically on or just after 18th May (which i expected) and I didnt need to do anything. They also said that they will 'notify' me 'should payment collection fail'.
So, it is now 13 June and my membership hasnt been renewed, and I have had no notification of a payment failure. Ticket office let down again.
So I go to renew on the website, I enter in all the details, and then when I click to pay, it says 'ERROR', contact customer services. I've tried this way with 2 cards as well, and both do the same thing.
I will ring tomorrow, but can anyone give us a heads up on what the problem might be?
