Two massive games against Chelsea coming up.

Winning the FA Cup to salvage our season and add to our trophy cabinet once more. And also the Premier League game where we could potentially help keep them out of the Champions League (if they don't win it) next season.

Don't want to think about the other side of it though..

We will beat them on Saturday and welcome them to Anfield on Tuesday and parade the FA cup before we kill their Champions League hopes off for good, they have a must win game tomorrow night against the barcodes its all falling into place boys and girls

I keep forgetting about that game. Really hope its a tough tough game physically for them. The longer it stays 1-1 or Newcastle in front the better.

Think it would be only right to give Chelsea a guard of honour on Saturday, they'll be representing English football out in Munich a few weeks from now.

I think that's absolutely spot on. I'll be sporting my treasured collection of "I LOVE LONDON" souviniers I have garnered over the years and wearing my Union Jack 'Rioting Ski Mask' proudly. I think Liverpool FC have a cheek even turning up to play that Nations favourite club. I don't know a single person that won't be sobbing with National Pride at the honour of playing such a massive European Club with such excellent fans. You only have to see the hours and the amount of effort they put into each and every one of their individually crafted flags. Makes you proud. I'm welling up already here with the pride I hold for London in my heart.

Dropping Skrtel? Really? If carra starts aginst Torres I'll be worried. Agree with the rest though

English referees give English players more against 'foreigners'.

I think Carra would be able to get away with more against Drogba. Skrtel would be on an early booking after a Drogba early diva-a-thon.

Drogba will run Carra ragged and Skrtel's been one of our best players this season and you decide to drop him.

Skrtel has been excellent all season granted.

But although Carra is coming to the end of his career he's not exacly a has-been no-hoper as some on here seem to think. This would probably be his last hurrah and the lad has got heart and immense experience. I think this will be a cagey game and as strong as Skrtel is, Chelsea will be angling to get him sent off.

Carragher on his own would struggle for pace, but alongside Agger I think that there is a case to be said for them both. I think he will go with all 3 somehow. Just can't see him leaving Carragher out.

If it gives Johnson & Enrique license to go forward more I suppose it might not be a horrible idea.

Will be interesting to see Chelsea line up tomorrow. Big game for them.

Suppose all 4 that are missing for CL final will play.

Hopefully Newcastle will take some of them out.

vey true, carra v drogba wouldnt wory me, its the other fella that does though

Yeah playing Carra against Torres might not be a good idea.

Really depends on who starts for Chelsea.

I certainly wouldn't put Andy on against Terry. Terry will win that battle all day. He hates playing against Suarez though which is why I'd have Gerrard behind Suarez and do them with guile.

That team would get hammered.

We've to have a go at them not let them come on to us.

Bellamy needs to start- we need players with bottle playing.

Terry would be able to cope with Carroll all day long it's movement in which Chelsea struggle with. Yes barca didn't beat them over 2 legs but look how many chances they created.

Agree which is why I'd start Bellamy and Maxi and just tell them to run at them from the off.

The same way Rush could not score against Man Utd for a long time, and people saying Ferdinand had the beating of Torres, one day soon this kid (Carroll) is gonna start peeing around Terry and Co. and people will be left flabbergasted.

I'd start Maxi and Downing. Downing seems to play well for England at Wembley, and probably had his best game for us there against Cardiff. Maxi scores against chelsea.

I would leave Bellamy on the bench as an option should things not be going our way. Other than him I don't think we have anyone with pace to come on and change a game.

I'd play Spearing and Henderson in the middle with Gerrard off Suarez. Would be tempted to go with Shelvey instead of Spearing but need a ball winner.

Defence picks itself. I hope.

Agger is a great ball playing defender but he also works very well with Carragher. This is the biggest game this season and Carragher is a consumate professional and a big game player of some regard.

Slightly unfair.  Agger was pushed to left-back which clearly resulted in a bit of confusion for the goal.

I have concerns over Carras pace, but he put in a good performance against Everton after the goal and was solid on Saturday.  I reckon Kenny will go with Agger/Skrtel, but if he goes with Carra we'll be fine.
