Ive been writing for Red All Over The Land for several years now. One of my first published articles was how me and a mate won tickets for Istanbul.

If you can use it you can have it, I suspect everyone has a story about that game.

Best of luck with the project.

To be honest I was gobsmacked at the figure of £60,000
I

Less than on 10p a ticket over the course of a PL season!

Of course, the fun is in the fund-raising.

Karl,
This clearly deserves to see the light of day. Post us asap if you're interested in London-based sports agent who I can smoothe an intro with. The Project (groan.... where is Comolli now?) will live or die on its own merits.

I could knock something up for Liege away? Nothing special about that trip for many but it was my first Euro away so would be nice for me.

I'm not a good writer by any standard by the way. It will be pure nostalgia.

If you need something from one of the more obscure trips, I could write a litte tale from the Maccabi Haifa game that was played in Kiev. Might have to change the names to protect the innocent though!

I know a young man who wrote a glorious blog about the day after 2005, I will try to find it
I would like to live in Manchester, England. The transition between watching Manchester United and death would be unnoticeable.

How many words would you be after for a piece?
If you're visiting Crete this year, Greece or any of the Greek islands please take a minute to visit this website www.findstevencook.co.uk and learn about a good Red who needs your help. Thank you

Karl

Feel free to use any of mine that are about. If there any particular games you want a write up for, let us know, provided I was there and conscious will give it a go!

Cheers John and all who responded.
With the introduction of the NEW History Board, I have decided to re-write and post only the sections which relate to 60's 70's and 80's, leaving the more recent years to a later date.
I Will initially post in writers forum to enable others to offer stories from that period.
Sadly I received no more than a handful of offers for more recent times and therefore a complete update is not possible. Thanks to those that did contact me, hopefully a complete addition may be possible in the future.

Some of us completed the Holy Trinity of seeing the Reds win at the  San Siro,  Camp Nou and the Santiago Bernabeu. I've got one or two pictures including our Albert Justice banner in Barca and Milan.
If you wish a piece involving one or all three please contact me.

( I used to write for RAOTL under the Red Dave pen name.)
